What's inside the Ubtan Powder?


Just three time-tested ingredients: turmeric, sandalwood, and chickpea flour (besan). There are no fillers, no synthetic colour, and no parabens, and every jar is made in small batches.


How do I use it?



Mix 1–2 teaspoons with rose water, milk, or yogurt to make a smooth paste. Apply it to clean, damp skin, avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then gently rub in circles while rinsing off with lukewarm water.



How often should I use it?


2–3 times a week works well for most skin types.  If you have sensitive skin, start with once a week and see how your skin responds.

Will the turmeric stain my skin yellow?



Turmeric has a strong natural pigment, so some people notice a faint yellow tint after rinsing.  It's temporary and usually comes off with your next cleanse. A little face oil or moisturizer on a cotton pad also lifts it gently.  Mixing the powder with milk or yogurt can help reduce the tint.

Can I use it on my body too?


Yes. Ubtan Powder is made for both face and body, so you can use it on your neck, arms, elbows, and anywhere else you want a soft, even glow.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Natural ingredients can still cause reactions, and turmeric is a known allergen for some people.  Before your first use, test a small amount of the paste on your inner arm or behind your ear. If you notice itching, redness, or a rash, rinse it off and don't use it.
