  • Remote areas: 7-12 business days.

⚡ Express Delivery

  • Available for select locations.
  • Delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

⏳ Delays May Occur Due To:

  • High order volume during sales & festivals.
  • Unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or lockdowns.
  • Remote location deliveries.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • We may offer free shipping on all products occasionally as part of promotional campaigns.
  • Standard shipping: ₹49-99 depending on the product & location.
  • Express shipping: ₹199-299 (if available for your area).
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders may have an additional fee.

5. Order Processing

📦 We try to dispatch our orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.
📦 Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
📦 You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

🚚 We work with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Xpressbees, India Post, and more.

8. Delivery Attempts

📌 Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
📌 If undelivered, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
📌 Redelivery may be possible with additional shipping charges.

9. Address & Contact Information

📍 Ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
📍 No change in pincode is allowed after 2 hours of order confirmation.
📍 No change in address is allowed after 24 hours of order confirmation.
📍 No change in order is allowed after 12 hours of order confirmation.
📍 We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, incorrect pincodes, incomplete contact details, or failed deliveries caused by customer-side issues.
📍 Contact support immediately for any allowed address, pincode, or order change request within the applicable timeline.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

🚫 If you receive a damaged, missing, or mismatched product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and mandatory unboxing video.
🚫 An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange or return due to damaged, missing, or mismatched products to ensure merchant safety from fraudulent transactions.
🚫 If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and process an eligible refund/replacement after verification.
🚫 Delays caused by couriers, weather, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

11. RTO Charges

📌 RTO due to customer unacceptance, refusal, or failure to receive the order will cost deduction of Rs. 100.
📌 RTO due to order cancellation request by customer after order confirmation will cost Rs. 100.
📌 Any applicable RTO charge may be deducted from the refundable amount, if any.

12. Order Cancellation

📌 No order cancellation is allowed after order confirmation.

13. Special Shipping Conditions

📌 Bulk Orders – May require extra processing time.
📌 Festival/Peak Season Orders – Delivery times may be longer.
📌 Remote Areas – Additional shipping charges may apply.
